4. Payment Terms

6. Project Timeline and Revisions

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope agreed upon at project initiation. Delays may occur due to client feedback cycles, additional requirements, or unforeseen technical challenges. Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Outsmart Digital's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or to fulfill our service obligations.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Outsmart Digital reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of non-payment or breach of terms.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or website notification.
